Craig + Kristy - Gold Coast Wedding - Palmer Gold Coast

I love the anticipation/excitement/adrenaline on the morning of a wedding. When you first arrive, and already, it is just a hive of activity, with people coming and going. Make up artists, hair dressers, florists, family. It really is just go go go. This one was no exception. We even managed to add a wardrobe malfunction, a fire alarm and an evacuation in to the mix! Cheers to the firies who posed for a photo with the girls!!

However, not even these little hiccups could put a dampener on the day. Even the forecast rain and storms stayed away, and the rest of the day and night went off without a hitch.

Craig and Kristy were married in the delightful little wedding chapel next to the lake at Palmer Gold Coast. Such a gorgeous venue. After the ceremony, we all jumped in the golf buggies and hooned around the golf course, capturing some magic memories before piling into the limo and heading for Mermaid Beach, and the fantastic rocky headland at Nobby Beach. On arrival, we had to grab a number and wait our turn, as there was a couple of other wedding parties in the area. After a quick chat to my fellow photographers, all was worked out and we were able to get the shots that we wanted.

We then returned to Palmer Gold Coast for the reception, where the guest were treated to one of the best ever ‘First Dances’ that I have ever seen!

Craig and Kristy, you put on an awesome day!
